How to find the official parts list
- Read the nameplate. Note the full product name (series and size, for example in the "R5 RA" series) and the serial number from the pump’s nameplate. Busch asks for the full product name when you request documents.
- Download the instruction manual. Busch states that the complete list of parts for a pump is in its instruction manual. On the Busch manuals page, search for your series, filter by "Downloads" and open the manual PDF.
- Use the Parts Finder. The Busch Parts Finder matches genuine spare parts and service kits to your pump.
- Order a service kit. Busch genuine service kits bundle the wear parts for a model, such as exhaust filters, seals and gaskets. Busch notes that third-party parts void the warranty.
- Ask Busch if it is not listed. For older or discontinued pumps, Busch offers to source the manual if you send the full product name via its contact form.
